When disaster strikes, volunteers show up.
We rapidly mobilize trained volunteers to provide compassionate, effective search & rescue, disaster response and recovery services, partnering with communities and agencies to save lives, restore hope and build resilience.
Save lives. Restore hope. Build resilience.
American Regulators USA is a volunteer humanitarian aid organization. When tornadoes, floods, wildfires and hurricanes hit, our teams deploy to bring crucial aid directly to the communities that need it most, and we stay for the long recovery that follows.
“When disaster strikes, it’s volunteers who show up. Not just to clean up the damage, but to lift spirits, restore dignity and rebuild lives. The heart of disaster recovery is found in the hands of volunteers.” American Regulators USA

Five ways we serve
From the first hours after a storm to the weeks of cleanup that follow.
Disaster Response
Every moment counts. We swiftly mobilize skilled volunteers to provide immediate, life-saving assistance in the wake of tornadoes, floods, wildfires, hurricanes and other natural catastrophes.
Search & Rescue / Recovery
Rapid-deployment teams act with urgency and precision, launching search, rescue and recovery missions to save lives and offer closure to families. We work until the mission is complete.
Disaster Recovery
We clear storm debris, downed trees and flood damage from homes, roads and public spaces, and work alongside local recovery committees so families can get back on their feet.
Interagency Cooperation
Effective relief requires unity. We collaborate closely with emergency services, government agencies and nonprofit partners to coordinate resources and strategies for a seamless response.
Volunteer Training
Volunteers receive in-house training tailored to real-world disaster scenarios, so every team member is prepared, confident and equipped to serve safely in any situation.
Ready to serve?
Members train in CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed, FEMA, OSHA and NFPA. Community volunteers can join a weekend deployment.
